1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Zerror is a plugin designed for TouchDesigner, a software program developed by the Canadian company Derivative. Derivative is not affiliated with the development of Zerror.
2. FREE AND PAID VERSIONS
Users are required to test the free version for compatibility of Zerror before purchasing the paid version. The paid version does not offer any functional advantages over the free version but free version is limited only by the number of parameters and presets that can be created within Zerror. Users of both the free and paid versions may use the product without restrictions.
3. LICENSING
The license key for the paid version of Zerror is valid for all product updates released within one year from the date of purchase. One license key may be activated on only one computer.
4. PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We guarantee the functionality of our product within the specific version of TouchDesigner for which each update of Zerror is released.
5. REFUND POLICY
Before making a purchase, customers are required to check the compatibility and suitability of the software’s functionality by using the free version. It is strongly recommended to thoroughly test the free version to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
However, if after purchasing the software, the customer finds that it does not meet their expectations or needs, they have the right to request a refund within 24 hours of the purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved by arbitration in the Republic of Indonesia, Province of Bali, City of Denpasar.
